As disciples of Jesus, we pray together, reach out together, learn together and act together.  How is your faith community doing in each of these areas? 

Start with the assessment questions in Pray Together, then move on to the other three areas. After you complete a set of questions, the results page will identify an inspirational quote and resources to help for questions to which you responded "Not really" or "Some of the time."
