The following presentations are from the “Preaching the Mystery of the Faith” conference for teachers of homiletics co-sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and the University of Notre Dame. The conference aimed to implement the bishops’ document on Preaching the Mystery of Faith: the Sunday Homily in seminaries, deacon formation programs, and the ongoing formation of clergy; to provide professional development for teachers of homiletics; and to improve techniques for teaching homiletics.

The “Preaching the Mystery of the Faith” conference for teachers of homiletics was sponsored by the USCCB’s Committee on Clergy, Consecrated Life & Vocations and the John S. Marten Program in Homiletics and Liturgics at the University of Notre Dame.
